We understand that great customer support is provided by both people and product, and are therefore looking for a motivated Event Support Specialist dedicated to providing excellent support by exceeding expectations through each interaction with our customers.
You will use your proximity to customers to identify and solve technical issues in order to improve the customer's experience.
This is a project-based, Casual position, with hours based on our clients' needs.
Provide Tier 1 tech support for event hosts and attendees via phone, chat, and/or video chat during their event.
Support event attendees with mic and camera issues, and report bugs to the technical team in real-time.
