We understand that great customer support is provided by both people and product, and are therefore looking for a motivated Event Support Specialist dedicated to providing excellent support by exceeding expectations through each interaction with our customers. 

You will use your proximity to customers to identify and solve technical issues in order to improve the customer's experience. 


This is a project-based, Casual position, with hours based on our clients' needs. 


Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 tech support for event hosts and attendees via phone, chat, and/or video chat during their event.

  • Support event attendees with mic and camera issues, and report bugs to the technical team in real-time.


Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in Customer Experience.
  • Tech-savvy -- with a basic idea of video streaming
  • Knowledge of OBS and manycam use (Good to have, but not mandatory).
  • English fluency, both written and spoken, knowledge of a second language is a plus. (French, Italian, German, Chinese, Japanese are most preferable)
  • Fast learner
  • This is a fully remote role, so access to fast reliable internet is a must.
  • Available to work weekends when needed
  • Windows 10 and the latest version of google chrome
  • Microphone and Camera

Compensation:

  • The number of hours you'll work will vary by your availability and the event's needs but individual days will not exceed 8 consecutive hours.
